Due Amici Sauces invites the community to a free blind taste test May 19 benefiting our Clubs

Due Amici Sauces invites the Tampa Bay community to attend a blind taste test at their restaurant in Ybor City on Friday, May 19.

This free event will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. and kick off with live music, hors d’oeuvres and product samplings. Guests will have the chance to blind taste test the restaurant’s renowned products used in their signature dishes and learn how the company researched, tested and perfected the right blend of exclusive ingredients to produce their Tomato, Arrabbiata, Marinara and Pizza Sauces.

All proceeds and donations from this event will provide greater opportunities for 5,000 youth at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County to succeed in school, become leaders and live a healthy lifestyle.

Due Amici Restaurant is located at 1724 East 7th Ave. in Tampa. For more information, visit www.dueamicisauces.com.

Due Amici Sauces started over a quarter of a century ago because their family could not find a commercially available sauce that pleased everyone at their dinner table. The family took it upon themselves to research, test and perfect the right blend for customers, friends and family. Due Amici sources its San Marzano tomatoes from Italy, grown in the fertile soil near Mount Vesuvius. The natural sea salt is harvested off the coast of Sicily and only the finest vegetables and herbs are hand-picked for its exclusive sauces. Due Amici Sauces are unique and that’s why we want to share them with you. For more information, visit www.dueamicisauces.com
