Taco Bell Foundation inspires Club members to graduate from high school

The Taco Bell Foundation has partnered with Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) for nearly 20 years, helping more than half a million teen members annually on their path to graduation. Recently, the Taco Bell Foundation awarded the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County a grant to provide Club members with greater opportunities to help them successfully graduate high school with a plan for their future. Each of our Clubs recognized their graduating seniors with a celebratory event complete with tacos.

“Graduation season is our favorite time of year. We’ve watched the young men and women in our community work so hard to get to this point and it’s a thrill to share in their joy of earning that diploma,” said Bill Sadlo, President/CEO at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County. “We appreciate the Taco Bell Foundation for recognizing and celebrating our new graduates and committing to our future ones through the Foundation’s long-term support in Sarasota County.”

With Taco Bell’s support in the nationwide teen strategy initiative led by BGCA, an estimated 78 percent of teen Club members are on track to graduate from high school.
